What is EZ8?

EZ8 Running Camp is a fun and effective 8-week running program geared towards women of all ages and fitness abilities, including those new to the sport. The ultimate goal of this program is for beginning runners to achieve their running goals with EASE (in just 8 weeks!), thus the name, EZ8! As an EZ8 runner, you will gain confidence, endurance, speed, and find yourself leaner and stronger. Sessions will focus on stretching and injury prevention, drills and intervals to help you increase your speed and efficiency, and longer runs to help you build stamina. There is no prerequisite for the EZ8 program – even if you have never run before, this program is for you!

EZ8 is designed to help you be the best that YOU can be! There is NO COMPETITION in the EZ8 program. Sessions are designed to promote camaraderie and help you to develop relationships with other women who enjoy and have the same interests and goals that you do.
